Hello, today I have order a combo of 855 Rs flowers, chocolates and small teddy. And I hve selected same day delivery for fixed time at 2pm – 3pm. I have paid extra amount also. So total 1050rs I have paid. But until 6pm the order have not confirmed, but they have deducted amount. When I reached through mail, they are saying there is no delivery person and it is long distance. In that case why should they accept the order? They must clearly say it is not available to this area before payment only. I asked them the same and asked to cancel the order and refund money back And they gave a reply back as there is no refund in this case and they will send the higher order amount of gift which is more than the ordered amount which will be delivered in 3 to 4 days. Then what is the purpose of same day delivery option in the website? And after that one person from myflowerapp.com called me saying that will send more amount of order, but I said I don’t need any order just cancel my order and refund my amount. I said in their website terms and conditions there is process for cancelling the order and that will refund back money. But they refused to refund back money and saying if they cancel the order that amount will be added to website wallet which we can use that later. I thought we can use that later and said yes and later I have checked the website there is no wallet option and also checked tracking and they have written as coupon code sent to email but till now I didn’t get any email. So I called them again but no one picked up my call. From this we can say that they are running this for only cheating people and not responding. There is problem from their side so why can’t they refund back our money. Using this they are cheating people and saying the same reason. You can see many complaints are there with the same reason. It’s a worst experience ever. I néed my money back and for another person, it should not happen the same. I just need the refund of the order amount I have paid should be added to my account and not to my wallet because I will not choose it for the second time also and waste my time.

My order is not delivered on time so no point of using this app…very disappointing never recommend anyone to use this app
