MyFlowerApp – Order not delivered

A cake that I had requested to be delivered yesterday has still not arrived. Then they issue a refund code that can only be used during the subsequent checkout? I require a direct credit card refund of the money. Now that the refund code is only good for the next checkout item, I do not believe I can trust them to deliver anything. Direct payment of the reimbursement should be made to me.
