I have ordered flowers to be delivered on same day on the occasion of valentine’s day to my wife. They neither delivered nor they know the status of the delivery.
In online chat help, they sometimes say it cannot be delivered and I can opt for refund and sometimes they say it will be delivered today; but it’s been 3 days and it is still not delivered. On the day when I put the order, I got a call at 9PM saying that order is confirmed and will be delivered on the same day; If it cannot be delivered on the same day for any reason, it will be delivered the very next day with complimentary gift. But none of this is done and it’s been 3 days still it is not delivered and don’t know the status.
When I ask for the refund, person on the online chat does not respond. I am tired of with following up with these guys. Also, there isn’t any customer support number available to call. I have been trying to follow up from past 3 days and still no help. Such a pathetic customer service and company.

I have faced similar issues, I have placed an order yesterday from these guys and paid extra 150 for a prior delivery order 100096899 worth Rs 2084/-
I have called them several times and also contacted through chat support and by name Varun comes on chat least bothered to help rather asks us to send an email to [email protected] I did get an instant response assuring that order will be delivered arranging a local delivery person.
The person who called us from 9654004593 seems be to be forcing us to buy other products as they cannot deliver to my address after having a confirmation.I was still fine understood the situation and asked them to refund my money to bank account and agreed to add it to their app wallet I was still fine cause there was no option.
Now iam trying to reach them through call, whatsapp email and chat support there is no response they are just dead.
What the hell is this.
If someone knows how to recover it please help.i have already reported this
