I Had Placed An Order On 15-07-2020 To Deliver A Gift On 31-07-2020. My Order Was Never Confirmed. I Am Requesting For A Refund Of My Unconfirmed Order. They Are Not Responding To My Refund Requests. I Just Need A Refund Of My Order. Now I don’t find their mobile number on the website. I wish that they just refund the amount which I deserve. They didn’t even bother to confirm my order which I had placed pretty well in advance than the delivery date, (two weeks) which should be enough for them to deliver flowers.
