My order number is 100342019.

I placed an order for a chocolate combo on February 20. It was not delivered because the item was out of stock, therefore I requested a refund. But, the executive kept urging me to accept the discount code and use it on my next order, despite my repeated requests.

I have sent emails, watsapp chats, calls, and texts, but as of today (6 March), I still haven’t seen the refund in my account. I advise customers not to buy anything from them.
