I have placed order from an app named MyGlamm: Buy Makeup Products | Online Shopping App, and placed several items as the ads by them on a game (in app ads) was very attractive. I fell for the product and ordered a few. Its been more than a week but i have no idea about my placed order. I have not received my products till date. I have mailed to their customer care email id but not getting any response, please help me in this regard.

  2. I have ordered lipstick from myglamm where the status of order is showing delivered but i havnt received my order,I even sent mail to help desk also but there is no use just simply getting return mail to wait for 48 hours.nd its been more than 48 hours i raised complaint..

  5. I have not yet received my order which was placed on 8/10/2021. The package has arrived at Dankuni hub on 16th october,2021. It has been total 14 days since I ordered and from the last 6 days the package is at Dankuni. They are not delivering it to my location.
    I need my package at the earliest please arrange.

  6. My order that was supposed to be delivered to me on 4th of Nov is still not being delivered..They would not give me proper details..

  7. Myglamm customer care is pathetic. Company sent the wrong product and after informing also that they delivered wrong product with photos they are not returning the product. Complete waste of money if you are ordering from Myglamm

  8. I have been writng to care@myglamm.com from 17th May 2022 for a replace/refund of a product.
    I have recevied the damaged Lip Blam. Still it is pending.
    I am really disappointed with the whole process. Your team is not looking after customer services.

    I Ordered MyGlamm Manisha Malhotra illuminating blush highlighter secret glam it was totally damaged please replace or refund my money because it was too expensive for me I still ordered please help.

  10. I have received different shades of the product and they are saying that it is because of the light we don’t have any return replace policy

  11. Never pay online for any products . Order COD and check if you received all the products before paying to the delivery guy. These people have been fooling customers by sending empty packages with nothing but an invoice slip inside. Be cautious as they will not respond to any of your complaints.

  12. Hello, I didn’t received my order yet my order Id is 1666015320022-847100-2 the expected date of this order is 29/10/2022 and today is 1/11/2022 plzzzz give me my order otherwise don’t make this type of silly ads on the other other website and app thank you
