I have placed order from an app named MyGlamm: Buy Makeup Products | Online Shopping App, and placed several items as the ads by them on a game (in app ads) was very attractive. I fell for the product and ordered a few. Its been more than a week but i have no idea about my placed order. I have not received my products till date. I have mailed to their customer care email id but not getting any response, please help me in this regard.
