I had bought two products from the Myntra app on 13th Jan, of which one was dress and other shoes. I like the shoes n kept it.. I could not fit into the dress so I returned it on 21st Jan. The dress even has the price tag in its plac!! The product was picked and one week back I received the product again saying the product has sweat smell!! In fact the smell of some kind of storage smell of new clothes in there in the whole dress, from top to bottom. My question here is how can I wear it when I don’t fit into?? When I called the customer care, they said madam please be patient, send them a mail with photographs so that they will look into the matter by 15th Feb.. I had no response, so I called the customer care again after which I get a mail the request is declined. Again I called them asking for help, they easily said sorry ma’am we can’t do anything about it!! The dress will be a total waste of money for me. To top it all I even will loose a hard earned money of Rs1320. This is the worst experience with online shopping, since I have been shopping online(few without any app) for so many years now.. they definitely have better services than Myntra.. these people should keep some sniffing dogs to smell for them!! these people are irresponsible and don’t care about the customer issues.. all they want is money!! I want this to be resolved and would definitely fight for my hard earned money from these money looters!!
