I have ordered a battery driven toy car on 19th March and paid online for the same. It was supposed to be delivered by 25th March. But I haven’t received it yet nor I have got any information/shipment details from the website. The details are Payment Id pay_GoVfk3gNhFVdSX Paid On 19th Mar, 2021. I think this is some kind of an online fraud. I would request the competent authority to please look into the matter and help me getting the refund at the earliest. I have made the payment through razorpay.com on 19th March 2021. They also mentioned loveofdeal as a place to reach out for any order related query whereas there’s no such website that exists. They also mentioned [email protected] as mail id in the confirmation mail footer. I have sent mails to the said ID but in vain. No reply as yet from them.
