I ordered 3 products , order confirmation no. Received on email id 4282 and 4292.
Upi transaction done. But no products delivered to me . No refund has been processed so far . I filed complaint on 25 mar . Today on 26 mar i received call from mayntra studio consumer forum. Mr Sunil was there he asked me to allow him access on my device. When i refused he started misbehaving saying that without this he will not refund. I attach the screenshot of warning i received while Mr Sunil was asking me to accept this.
How can i allow anyone to access my device.
Kindly look into the matter and i paid through razorpay i want full refund .
