On 15/03/22 tried recharge of Jio mobile no 7439315326 for Rs.719/- ( after discount the site prompted to pay Rs.705/- ) thru Standard chartered credit card ,amount debited but recharge was unsuccessful. Thereafter recharge of Rs 719/- of the above Jio mob done through Axis Bank Mob App directly which was successful. But till today refund of Rs.705/- not received from MyPANGRAM to my above credit card, please do the needful.
