I wanted to recharge my BSNL mobile no 9432294502 thro’ your company myPANgram by sending on SBI netbanking Rs 104(actually Rs 107 by giving rebate it has come down to Rs 104) money has been deducted from my a/c but mobile not yet recharged.Pl.arrange to refund money back or recharge the mobile.

I recharged 719/-on 21/01/22 with 21 /- off but recharge was not successful
So kindly resolve it
