MyPANGram – Non refund of amount against failed recharge of Jio mobile

Kindly note on 15/03/22 tried for prepaid recharge of Reliance Jio mobile through MyPANGram platform for Rs.719/- through your platform , it prompted for paying Rs.705/- ( after adjustment of discount of 14/-) which I paid through my Standard Chartered Bank credit card , immediately received SMS from Bank for debit of Rs.705/- but the feed back was’ Recharge Failed. Later on recharged the above Jio no directly through Axis Bank mobile App.
I was under the impression that the refund will be automatically done due to the failure of recharge but it is not done.

* Write MyPANGram in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from MyPANGram.
