This 3rd time that I file this complaint. Recharge of Rs 387 made on March 9 in VIMobile No as above using netbanking of SBI. Amount deducted fro my accout vide Ref No Transfer INB , myPANgram/ 8086999384/GRANDSLUQ9 /Transfer to 4899. The amount not refunded in my account despite repeated reminders. Expedite refund or elase I will be forced to move Consumer Protection forum for damage and mental agony- K V Thomas, Mob-8891357939/Cochin, Kerala
