Mypangram did not deposit Rs 581 to Vodaidea account
I charged (prepaid) for Vi( Vodaidea) for Rs 599 through Mypangram. They gave me discount of Rs18/- .So I paid Rs 581 from my Paytm account on 9th April 2022 at 10.36PM. UPI reference no. is 209981892962 and UPI Id is cashfreemypangram@yesbank. Money Rs581/- was deducted from Paytm account. But mobile my 9819482998 was not charge.
I got the message following message from Mypangram:
“Recharge value mismatch”
Order ID – BUYPRV_2279096645
Transaction ID- 877823883
Recharge amount- Rs599/-
Paid amount- Rs581/-
Recharge Mobile no.- 9819482998
recharge operator- Vodafone
Payment status- SUCCESS
Recharge Status- X (failed)
Please transfer above money Rs 581/- back to my Paytm account.
