i had done online recharge of my son mobile from MYPANGRAMCASHF MUMBAI IN on 16/07/2021 , transaction ID is 5198874780,amount- 387 mobile no:- 9330046193 .The amount had been deducted from my credit card but the recharge had not done. Someone from the company called me after i lodged the complaint online and he was asking for my bank details to transfer the recharge amount which i denied and asked him to transfer in my credit card from which i had made the payment for recharge. Its almost more than 1.5 months after that no one called me nor the amount had been credited to my credit card.
Please look into the matter at the earliest..
