Sir,
I placed 2(two) orders at “STYLE SOUK” vide order no #27807 and #27809 for a Women Denim Kurti on each order @R.949.05 each and payment was made through PayTM vide wallet Txn ID [protected] at 11:12am of 11th Dec-2018 & vide txn at 11:22 of 11th Dec-2018 respectively..
Subsequently on the same day, I cancelled both the orders and “STYLE SOUK” confirmed the cancellation and refund my money.
After many persuation I could only recover for Rs.949.05 against one order (order #27809) only on 1st Jan-2019.
But Till now I am fighting with both “STYLE SOUK” and PayTM authority for refund of Rs.949.05 for another order i.e., order #27807 but “STYLE SOUK” is not making refund the money to my Paytm wallet..
Request to pl. do something to get back my money..
