I placed a subscription order for two magazines including National Geographic Kids and paid online on 16 Aug 2019.
But neither have a received even a single issue nor the website is replying back on emails. I tried to call on their customer care numbers but no one answers the phone.
This is a fraud company. I am not sure what background check does CCAvenue type of payment gateways do when integrating with merchants.
Really pathetic service.
Subscription was ordered 2 months back.
No issuee received yet.
They have posted fake positive reviews and testiimonials on website.
Do not order through this website.
cancel my order for subscription of national geographic kids, champak magazines , order no 177115.
Please refund my payment as soon as possible.
It was ordered on 10 nov.
More than 8 weeks have passed.
Such a pathetic service.

Do not Subscribe – FRAUD!!

I hope someone files a complaint and bring them to justice
I too have the same issue . No response through phone or email . I have paid 900Rs on last year sep through online payment in Mysubs.in.
I too have the same issue. No response I ordered for 6 months subscription, its more than 3 months now, i havent received even a single issue
