Mytickets.ae Not sure …
I have been using online ticketing website for more than 15 years.. but I NEVER seen any worse scam than this
Say you want to make changes, you have to wait for them to send you an email, but you never know if u are actually able to make the changes
Say you need to CALL them for changes, they will NOT be helpful
And when you make changes they charge you and you have to accept or lose your ticket ..
They also sent me attachments that did not open – literally like scam emails
Today I got this email e refund request for booking #.. has been successfully processed by the finance department. The funds have been transferred to the payment system.
The term of crediting funds to the card depends on your bank. What does my bank have anything to do with the refund!
How to file a complaint against Myticket.ae?

* Write Myticket.ae in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Myticket.ae.
