I booked the Ticket 2020 Tabuk to Manila (Return)in January 2020. Due to Covid-19, it was cancelled. February 2022, i received a schedule of itenirary for rebooking and asked me to pay for the price difference. the cost of the Tocket was more than AED5,000.
March 26, 2022, i received an email that the flight for May 2022 was cancelled by the Airlines company.
Please help, how can i get the money to purchase another ticket for may annual leave which is already approved.
I was asked to raised it through their portal, and replied that it was approved already but waiting airlines company refund too.
