I booked Online Flight Ticket, for my friend Jude Gomes on “https://mytickets.ae”. After payment is done, the status was showing that the Itinary issuance time is 3 hrs after the arrival of funds. I got confirmation from my Bank that payment is done, but did not receive the itinary even after 4 hours. There is no option to cancel the order on their website. Please help to get the refund for the Booking reference: PL6BDF12
