A refund request for booking #199084809 is created 1 year ago. I booked the flight and the changes is from their side, changes made twice from their company or airlines then on the 3rd time they eventually cancelled my booking without giving option. So i have to request a refund, i keep sending email and they keep saying the same script of reply to all my emails. Its already 1 year and they never reach out to me if i will not contact them. Very disappointed company!!!! Please see the attached file for full details, address, time and confirmation.
