I am a customer who booked a ticket February 9, 2022 the airlines/travel agent suddenly scheduled a changes on my airticket without giving an option to rebook it on a same date and i asked for refund as i have to book again. Since February 18, 2022 I submit a refund request up to today date nothing is resolved. I’ve keep calling sending multiple emails but nothing change its really a BIG SCAM!!! If you will not contact the mytickets.ae they will not get back to you to give an update its its almost 2 yrs now and no solution had been made!!!!!
