sir/madam,

i bought a pair of jeans from naaptol with order no. 38204520. but i did not like the product so i issued a refund request. after picking up the product now they are informing me that i can not have the money back but i have to buy something else with the voucher they will provide.
every online shopping portal has their money refund procedures in case of customer is not satisfied with the product. but they are clearly defying the same. please help me to resolve the issue. thank you. ashim chatterjee
