NayaSoft Solutions – Don’t Choose This Company

They selected ten candidates as a Trainee Developer and then promised as 10k per month,Food,Transportation Free.And we have to submit our original certificates.While submitting the certificate they told you can get your certificates back if you want it.But,They put three years bond period.They did not give the offer Letter/ID Card or Any other acknowledgement for my certificates.

After a month gone i went to the HR(Mr.Bala Murugan) and asked the salary.He replied that the official date start from beginning of the second month.After the Second month i asked the salary then he replied “you have to pay money for company because company is in financial problem”. In these middle they did not provide any transportation or anything, even though it is located in a very small village(4km from veppampattu rs).Suddenly,one day he called all of them and he said ” i can not give salary to anyone”.So, you can go out from here he told.We asked the experience
certificate but, he asked the proof of working,Please note that he did not give any offer letter or ID card before,We asked the salary he told you give some amount for the company because you used the system,water,fan…. etc.,

Finally,all of them duped by them and came out.So,their carrier was wasted.

So,like these many histories are available for this company.So,at any point of view don’t choose this company.If you choose Your life will get affected, please think of it.
