I have made payment of Rs.349/- for delivery of a jacket on 6/2/2022 but till date jacket not delivered and no any information from merchant side. Besides, no platform found except this for filling complaint.I need my money refund or deliver the purchased product.

I have purchased a jacket of Rs.349/ on 6/2/22 from Nayra Mart and payment made through Rozerpay but till date neither jacket delivered to me nor amount refunded. I want to refund my money or deliver my item as early as possible otherwise I will compelled to file a statutory complaint against the Rozerpay as well as Nayra Mart.
