Order number 144592 was placed for supply of a xtra large size jacket for which Rs.349/- was paid on 6th feb.2022 and the order was confirmed by PROCK but thereafter I received no further communication either from Nayra Mart. PROCK.In or PROCK nor did I receive the delivery of the ordered jacket.The payment method used was UPI with the support of rajorpay which which has taken this payment for Nayra Mart and the payment confirmation email sent by them to me has a legend which says that for any order related queries please reach out to Nyra Mart.Please refund my money if Nayra Mart is not keeping its promise. I have not received any communication from Nayra Mart or PROCK till date.
