File a Complaint against Nayra Mart - Not received order confirmation details against paid amount of Rs499 for purchase of warm jacket of size medium 6th Feb 2022 also this order has not been delivered to me now refund of the same is requested.

I ordered one men’s warm jacket from Nayra Mart for which I made payment of Rs499 only through credit Card on razorpay on 6th Feb 2022. The payment was confirmed vide pay I’d:
Idpay_IsfyxgmazFGCOu but neither order confirmation details nor order has been delivered so far. It seems that this is a fraud.
So it is my humble request to investigate and refund of Rs499 only may be processed. And if it is found that fraud has been done the action should be taken against “Fraudant” . Thank in anticipation.
