I have made a order with need4shop online for 3 puma shorts on 13th march,2017. On 20th march 2017 i got a confirmation call from the company along with the confirmation mail as to by which courier my products will be dellivered. In that mail it was showing there that my products will be delivered by Gopigeon (Tracking number is 780366741). But on 26th march 2017, i have received the products from ecom express. I have paid 648 rupees to the delivery executive of ecom express. When i opened the packet, I saw that none of the three shorts were of puma, and they were torn also. In the delivery packet the name, number and email-id of the seller was also fraud they were actually not existent only. Then i tried to contact the mobile number (Ph. 9205597817) from which i received the confirmation call, and the number was switched off. Then i checked the mail and in the confirmation mail also there was a number mentioned (Ph.9205184207), and it is also a non-valid number. I have sent the mail to need4shop along with the two courier companies who were a part of this cheat scam- ecom express and gopigeon, but till i have not received any response from anywhere. Please help me.
