Entering wrong data in bills. They are not given proper response
I went to Neelima hospitals which is located in CZECH colony, Sanathnagar. I paid bill on Friday(03/02/2017) evening for the blood and urine test, but they did not take samples they told me to come next day i.e (04/02/2017), I have given samples on Saturday (04/02/2017) they said “Come on Tuesday (07/02/2017) for the reports”. I tried to reach them but their phones were not worked. I went to hospital 7th feb 2017, The reports were not ready due to the their software problem. They said again come on next day i.e 8th feb 2017. Again I went to hospital this time the bill was typed wrong by hospital staff member. I asked them this is wrong bill. They told me to come on next day i. e 9th feb 2017. I have given complain to the management, but no response.
This is happend with the Neelima hospitals.
