I had an FD which matured on 8 Mar.The company instead iof paying the amount,have renewed the FD,without even asking me.They havent even send me the FD yet.I am planning to sue the company,I tried en-cashing the cheque,but as expected it bounced.The account was closed.Does anybody if The case can be filled in Delhi?.As far as i know the cases can be filled only in the city where company has its head-quaters.This is uswally in their norms.
