Respected sir/madam,
Delivery boy came without informing me and gave mobile package to my Children and fled away very fast just like a fraud. I have been paid Rs. 4499/ on date 08/05/2021 to KLICKPAY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED for a new mobile phone, of Nefon Q20 ultra 5G, but we received a 5 to 10 years old and used Samsung mobile phone. Now I want to replace the mobile phone otherwise refund of RS 4499/. This is cheating with customer. I hope that you will solve my problem.
