My self gurtej singh and i was working with this organisation for more than 4 years. Company used to deduct my PF and now its being more than 1.5 yrs i am trying to take out my PF however company is not helping me to approve my KYC on EPFO portal. i visited to their office n number of times, however they have one an another excuse everytime, yesterday their CA Mr.Neeraj said that “Jo action lena hai lelo, PF nai niklega”. I contacted PF office at Dwarka they said log complaint to consumer court. please help me.
