I have booked flat in JM Florence in Noida via Broking Agent – Neobrix Advisory Pvt. Ltd. in Mar’15 and the time of booking, Concerned person of Neobrix Advisory Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Vishesh Tyagi said that we will provide you discount 4% on the booking form of BSP and Rest Rs. 30000 + 1.5% of BSP will be disbursed after booking. Till now I am regularly following up with Mr. Vishesh Tyagi but each time he said that we are process of finalization and will be made payment within 10 days.
But till now I did not received any payment. It has already elapsed one year.
Calculation of discount provided below:
Basic Selling Price Per SQFT – Rs. 3345
Total Area in SQFT – 1197 SQFT
Discount @ 1.5% of BSP per SQFT – Rs. 50.175
Cash Discount – Rs. 30000
Total Discount = (50.175*1197)+Rs. 30000 = Rs. 60059.48 + Rs. 30000 = Rs. 90059.48.
Earlier he provided cheque of Rs. 89850 through his personal accounts and the same has been presented and dishonored.
Kindly look into matter and do the needful for recovery of money Rs. 90059.48. It will be great help for me.
