I was looking for work from home jobs. I got a call from the company named task roots who outsourced for Neocap Tecgnology. The company said I need to do data entry on 1000 forms and the condition was if i dont complete the task / incase the accuracy is below 90% then I will have to pay. I agreed for the terms and condition as I was interested in the job. They gave me user name and password. I started with the work. But the data given by them for entry was not clear also the customer support is not responsive.So i informed them that I dont want to continue the job on 1st day itself. They asked I will have to pay 1500rs for cancellation. At the point I did not have so much money and I informed them the same. Later they did not get back to me. After 10 days they are calling me and threatening me to pay 3400rs as cancellation charges in next 20 mintues and they are not even patient to listen to me, They are said that a legal notice will we sent and and you will have to pay 20000/300000 rs . They started pestering on the same. Therefore I paid 3400 rs as cancellation charges. But now the problem was not over now they are calling me to pay 3000 rs for cancellation which was not mentioned. I said i dont have 3000 rs more to pay right now they started threatening again with telling that legal notice will be sent and senior advocate will call you and all.
they are threatening me.. Please help.
