I am following up on my previous email regarding the move-in process for my property at Foyer Infinity. As mentioned, I officially moved in on November 6, 2024, yet I am still receiving daily emails about a rescheduled move-in date, which appears to be an oversight.
Additionally, I have noticed that there are unnecessary charges on my dashboard, which I believe may be related to this discrepancy. I would appreciate your prompt attention in resolving these issues.
Could you kindly provide clarification on the status of my move-in and review my account for any incorrect charges? I would greatly appreciate an update on the matter.
