Hi,

I’m writing this letter seeking a positive response from your side.

I moved in to house in “vasundra enclave, mangal apartment” with house id : 12093. On my check in day “1st june 2018” ac was not cooling. When i asked to check in manager to resolve the issue he told me to raise a service request it will be done with in 2 working days. I have raised the request for the same and i have been following up on this by calling the customer care of nestaway regularly they always told it will be repair today but afterward no person visit to repair.
Also the property manager called me to resolve the issue lots of time but on promised day no vendor has visited to repair the issue and once i called them they are not picking my call.
They have promised me the vendor will visit today to replace the ac but once i am trying to reach to vendor their no is switched off.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue today if you can’t resolve the issue please give me back all the monies which i have paid i am leaving the home.
Because i have never seen this type of worst service and in ethical behaviour.
