I moved into the house on December 1st, and in the three months since then, the rent and upkeep have gone up.
On February 20th, we were advised of the rent increase and urged to respond by March 1st or move out.
When I scheduled my move out, the team informed me that a 45-day notice period would be charged if I didn’t comply. However, I wasn’t moving out of my own volition; rather, I was leaving due to Nestaway’s poor service, so why should I comply with the notice period or pay fees when we were only given 10 days to move out?
Is the absence of any rules for the business to exploit and harass the tenants everything that the rules imply to us?
