Ticket no. 107058. Apartment was vacated on 7th August. Today it’s 14th September and still I am waiting for them to refund the security deposit. Multiple phone calls, emails, service request tickets have been made in between but to no avail. They have one standard dialogue that the refund has been initiated and it would get credited in the next 4-5 working days. This is going on since last 1 month.

During the stay, there were lots of problems. Even after vacating I am facing issues. Completely fraud company and full of people who specialize in blatant lying.
