I have booked a house via this app on September-22, the area manager suggested to book one room with two different IDs to book each bed separately as he was getting some benifit out of it, i had no issue. The issue occurs when I lost one of my mobile no. now it got difficult for me to pay rent, so I talked to their customer service executive they suggested that I should move out from one ID and book whole room from another ID simple enough I did the same, but the process got so much complicated I had explained 20+ executive of there about this and the result was I got moved out from my both IDs and my room was showing in for booking.. While this all was going on my rent was getting delayed I had followed up like so many times but there dashboards never got updated it was showing moved out only and then there rent collecter team started calling my threatening me abusing me, I have explained this issue to him but he send me a private account and threatened me to pay on that account.
Because they moved out me from both my IDs I got scared cs team suggested me to re book the room after 8 months only they increased my rent asking for all the brokerage and security deposit again I have paid the token amount and planning to pay the brokerage and security amount again but that rent collecter guy was keep calling me and threatening me on 24- june-2023 he threatened to come home I got scared and left the house instantly.
After leaving the house I have mailed them regarding this issue with all the recording of harrasment, call record and I told them the even every thing out using my security deposit and token amount and I thought the case is closed I had no energy to deal with there nonsense anymore but recently they have started harassing me again., they have charged so many amount I don’t know what and they are threatening me if I will not pay there will be legal action against it. That whole room costed 11000/ rent they have brokerage token money and token amount of re- booking still it is not enough for them.
