Friends, I’d like to share my experience of buying a flat through Netambit. All I expect is that you share it so that we all join hands and fight against such companies.
Post booking a flat through Netambit in Greater Noida West, I received a credit note of XX% and was assured that it’ll be credited post I pay 50% to the builder. The current scenario is that I have paid 95% to the builder; however Netambit has not yet en-cashed my credit note.
I am stunned to see how an organization in today’s world deals with its customer wherein maximum of its business generates from customer’s voice (VOC). Even after writing multiple emails to senior and middle management, my credit note is yet not en-cashed. All they do is make fake promises or ignore our email completely.
I along with my 2 other friends booked a flat through Netambit and all 3 of us are sailing in the same boat – none of us has got the promised amount.
If someone from Netambit is reading this and you really value your customers, I’d like an immediate encashment of my credit note.
