NEW STANDARD LIFE STYLE PVT LTD – POLICY CANCELLATION

I am an existing policy holder of Bharti Axa Life Insurance under Save Confident Plan and the Policy no is 500-6500390. I Requested for ECS Debit Mandate Cancellation and policy cancellation over mail on Mar 2012. 3 days before i have received a call from Ms.Pooja (Mob : 9136652635) from Insurance complaint dept . She told that my policy got cancelled and the Citi Bank cheque is ready for payment and she gave me the cheque details as follows. Chq No : 063958 for Rs.1,06,382. which includes Policy amount and Agent Commission. Yesterday she called and asked me to take a DD in favour of “New Standard Life Style Pvt Ltd” for Rs.7946. as service tax (12.36%) against my policy cancellation amount of Rs.64,286. she asked me to give the DD number hence she will give the DD number to Taxation department and the cancellation form will be delivered to me from that department. she requested to dispatch the DD along with my Pan Card Photo Copy, Lic Bond Photo copy and a passport Size photo.once the documents received by the taxation dept they will dispatch the cancellation form to my address. Once they received the signed cancellation form the said amount Rs.1,06,382 will be transferred to my Savings Bank Account. After 15 days the tax amount Rs.7946/- will be refunded to my account. I have invested only 9400/- how can i get 1,06,382.
