I worked with the Company / Mr. Bernard George for more than a year both in India as well as Papua New Guinea. I shall share my experience to create awareness, so that employees shall be saved Professionally / Mentally / Psychologically / Financially.
[Note: All points I mention here are without any exaggeration. Every single points mentioned here is 100% true]
Green TeleMed LTD / GREEN TeleMed India LTD is owned by same CEO, Mr. Bernard George (DIN: 02707340).
He also owns a Group of companies like, Mr. Bernard George – CEO – NEXT Inc, NEXT Techno Enterprises, GREEN LTD, GREEN TeleMed LTD, AutoZeal International, GREEN Maestros Enertech PVT LTD, Capital One LTD and Group of companies in India and Papua New Guinea.
The number of registered companies is more than the number of employees, say approx. around 5-10 employees in total at all the above mentioned companies.
I was recruited in 2019, joined India branch at ” Next Techno Solutions, 3rd floor, Tidel park, Module No.308-1, Coimbatore-641014 ” (Currently, the office was sealed due to NON-PAYMENT of RENT of Approx: 92,00,000 INR to TIDEL PARK COIMBATORE and currently functioning at 402, 403, 404 – 4th Floor, GREEN Maestroes Apartment, Gurusamy nagar, Thaneer pandhal, Peelamedu, Coimbatore TN 641004) and sent to Papua New Guinea to work for his Group of companies.
During my job in India no committed salary has been paid, but with minimal harassment. So, I trusted Bernard George and went to Papua New Guinea during 2020. Once I reached there I could realize the color of Mr. Bernard George is totally different / opposite. I could see his real color.
In Papua New Guinea, there is no such work environment as he mentioned in India. Later I realized that Mr. Bernard George is a Sadist, who feels happy to see people / Employees putting them in trouble.
He Harassed / Abused me Physically / Mentally / Psychologically / Financially. He did not Pay me the Salary / Allowances / Final Entitlements of approx. 17,00,000 INR.
During my service period he threatened me and ceased my Passport. NOT ONLY ME, FOR ALL THE EMPLOYEES GOING TO PAPUA NEW GUINEA. While asking him, no response, rather sending me FALSE documents created to manipulate and make false allegation against me.
During my service period, I found out Mr. Bernard George’s enormous / substantial amount of false commitments / illegal activates in all possible manner / TAX Invasion / Money Laundering / Employee harassment/Abuse, etc.,
Finally I realized that his strategy is to earn money illegally / unprofessionally / unethically with all possible loop holes in the constitution / Government in India as well as Papua New Guinea.
All his track records in India (For example: https://indiankanoon.org/doc/58138413/ and financial disputes in all possible ways like, non-payment of EPF for employees, employees harassment/abuse, Income Tax evasion, Customs duty evasion, illegal medical equipment / spares export, Pharmaceutical products, Money Laundering from Papua New Guinea as well in India, lots and lots more,) as well as Papua New Guinea would clearly show his illegal / unprofessional / unethical activities.
I raised lots and lots of complaints against him to settle down my Pending Salary / Allowances / Final entitlements and regarding his illegal / unprofessional / unethical activities with proper evidences to India Government Officials as well as Papua New Guinea Government Officials, but of NO USE, Mr. Bernard George is an expert in influencing Officials for his personal / business benefits with his false commitments and money.
I do kindly request Professionals / People to be aware of these types of Professional Scammers.
TILL DATE, INDIA GOVERNMENT as well as PAPUA NEW GOVERNMENT DID NOT TAKE ANY CONTROL MEASURES TO CONTROL HIS ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, which further encourages Mr. Bernard George to continue all his illegal activities at full pace.
I would highly appreciate if anybody could take action to eradicate these types of scammers to save people / Professionals life.
