After creating the account I updated my valid details & got a call from “Sana” for verification purpose on 4th February 2023, She said that my account has been verified and I am good to go., so on the given day at evening I went on your nikah forever application & took a silver plan for which I paid Rs.1558 thinking that I can use it now as Sana said my account has been verified.
When I tried to send interests or upload photo everytime i tried it gave a message that your account is yet to be verified so I waited patiently for few days assuming that you guys would verify it again but there was no progress.
Then I started calling on your Nikah forever number from where I got a call for verification “8069510407” but to my surprise every time the customer service rep said that they would arrange a call back but I never got a call.
