Through this complaint i bring in to your kind notice that my previous employer m/s Nirmal Datacomm Pvt Ltd, Byculla East, Mumbai 400010. has not processed my EPF Amount.

I was working for the company from November 2010 till July 2012. On my last working day i have completed all the formalities related to reliving by the HR department and handed over companies belongings to Mr Sandeep Sule and his assistant, also i had submitted the duly filled EPF withdrawal forms to Ms Vaishali Sawant of the accounts department, but till date they have not forwarded my documents to the PF office which I have confirmed from PF office.

i request you to kindly look in to the matter and help me out to get my hard earned money.
