My name is Avinash Thakare, I have booked 2 BHK flat in Nirmal Lifesytle Mulund- mumbai project.
I have booked flat at April-May 2014. I have paid 20% of flat amount which is ~21lakhs. After more than year no work has started on ground. As per terms and condition i can cancelled the booking and i should get my complete booking+ service tax + 12% interest till date on booking amount.
I have submitted original receipts and cancellation form to nirmal life office in Mulund LBS road.
The project general manager stanley Anthony has collected my cancellation request.
But they are not giving my refund amount; they are saying i will get my money only after 12 months.
They are not bothered at all to customer issues; all their projects are significantly delayed. Please take necessary action and help me get my money back
