Mr R Krishna of Nisarga Builders is full of fraud, in Nisarga Gateway project.
1) He has delayed a project by more than 3 years but not ready to compensate ( though only 1 Rs per Sq ft he has written )
He says if I delay in one payment also he is not liable to pay compensation.
2) He had promised to have a swimming pool which he has not constructed.
3) There were supposed to be 196 flat’s now he has constructed 236 nos 40 flat’s extra illegally in the stilt floor and selling them.
I booked a flat at The Nisarga Sarovara of Nisarga Builders. I have heard a lot of positive things about the company and most importantly one of my relatives has bought two apartments here, so she recommends me to go with this property in Chandapura, Near Electronic City.
We are looking for a property somewhere Near Electronic City . We saw many projects, but were not convinced. Then we came to know about The Nisarga Sarovara of Nisarga Builders . We loved the Project, location, and we booked a flat on the spot. Me and My husband are very happy. Team Nisarga Builders was very supportive very comfortable . We have already recommended this property to all my friends and relatives.
this is a nice locality for working professionals and families. market, schools, hospitals, bus stops,s, and everything is nearby. coming metro ( Proposed “Namma Metro”, The metro station next to Narayana Heart Hospital ) makes it more convenient to commute. best place to invest.
Great location, kind staff, good amenities, and pretty decent price for what you’re getting. I love the size and quality of my space, easy to connect nearby places like shops , public transport & metro station

Nice promising project with great amenities. We booked a flat. Mr. Krishna personally helped us a lot by explaining all the details of the project. The sales team is also good and responsive. Hoping to get possession soon as promised.
