I booked a flat in Dwarka Heights cooperative Society by Nivesh global. Initially they showed the land for upcoming society around dwarka Sector 16. I was convinced with them and about the location, therefore made a payment of 12,56,000/-. 10 Months later, when i again contacted them for the status, they showed me proposed land in Ujwa village, around 30 KMs away from the initial location, and for this also they were not sure. Based upon this i applied for membership withdrawal in December 2019, but still awaiting for my refund.
