I have purchased a bicycle from niyza.com on date 18 Aug 2021 and paid the amount 3499/- through an online payment gateway by razorpay at 6:00 pm . I received the conformation from the site, but I have not received any reply from the site, I contacted him but the number is switched off, after that I raised a complaint to cyber security cell and still waiting for the solution.
Please Help me out.
