I bought a mountain cycle from Niyaza.com on 27/08/2021 of RS. 2999 and paid the amount online. after that i received the confirmation mail of the order on the same day then on very next day i got an email of shipment on the way but the shipment/tracking id was not mentioned over there mailed them regarding this but there was no reply. The mobile number is also switched off. Then i found some reviews against the website regarding this that too many peoples ordered from this website but they didn’t received the items. So i would like to request please file complaint against them and help me get my money back.
