I had submitted my Noise headphones in their authorised service center on 13 March 2024. Since then this company has mentally harassed me.
My product became completely dead within less than 3 months of usage, it was in completely new condition without any marks or scratches.
But still as as of 21 April 2024 I haven’t received my product. The Service center had even promised to deliver my product within 6-7 days. But now they have completely taken thier hands off, and say they are now responsible for anything and directly contact the company . This is F1 M TECH SERVICES

I have contacted the call service of the company more than 25 times, but they give nothing but fake promises which are nothing but LIES. I also contacted the managers Bhittu and Rehman but they say the same lies.
I had to again registered a complaint on their website, and I have all the Jobsheet number and complaint I’ds.
I have tried all the possible ways but nothing has helped me. The product was a gift for my Son.
This company has completely disappointed me.
Therefore I have posted it here expose the service of Noise company.
